Glowing with rich gleams of ruby, it displays absolute prestige. A wine of great calibre, enveloping, airy, properly developed; flavours of red summer fruit in alcohol and a pepper fragrance. Tasty and powerful, still youthful in character, but not astringent; mellow, caressing with a very long staying power. It could be aged further, rounding out to defy the years.
